How does Trazie work?

You forward your existing business number to Trazie whenever you can't pick up. The AI answers within 10 seconds, greets the caller by your business name, asks the right questions, and captures every detail. It then sends you an SMS summary — the customer's number, the job, and how much it's likely worth — and ranks it against your other leads so you call the best one back first.

How do I set up Trazie?

Setup takes about 10 minutes. You sign up, tell Trazie about your business (name, trade type, service area, pricing), and set up conditional call forwarding on your existing mobile or landline. No new number, no IT, no apps to install.

What happens when I'm available to take calls?

When you're available, calls ring through to you as normal. Trazie only answers when you don't pick up, when your phone is busy, or when you've activated JobCatcher mode.

How does JobCatcher rank jobs?

JobCatcher scores each inbound lead based on three factors: estimated job value, urgency (emergency vs flexible timing), and distance from your location. High-value, urgent, nearby jobs are ranked first so you always call back the most profitable lead first.

How does the Trazie referral network work?

When you're booked out or a job is outside your area, Trazie routes the lead to a trusted, verified operator in the Trazie Network. You earn a referral fee for every job you pass on.

Is my data secure with Trazie?

Yes. Trazie is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encrypted data storage and transmission, and complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Your customer data is never sold or shared with third parties.

How do I cancel Trazie?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
