Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · Last updated 1 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Trazie. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Trazie, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Trazie on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

Trazie provides AI-powered call answering and business management tools for trades and service businesses, including call capture, lead ranking, quoting, invoicing, review requests, the Ask Trazie assistant, and the Trazie Network. Features may vary by plan and may change over time as we improve the service.

3. Account registration

To use Trazie you must create an account with accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription, billing & free trial

Trazie is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider (Stripe), and renew automatically until cancelled.

New accounts may start with a 10-day free trial, no credit card required. If you continue after the trial, your selected plan begins and billing starts. Fees are stated in Australian dollars and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Trazie lawfully and not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service except as permitted by law;
  • Upload malicious code or use the service to send spam or unlawful communications;
  • Use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure and use Trazie, including the greetings and questions it uses on your behalf, ensuring callers are appropriately notified that calls may be recorded, and complying with all laws applicable to your business and communications. You remain responsible for your own quotes, invoices, jobs and customer relationships.

7. Trazie Network

If you participate in the Trazie Network, you authorise us to share limited job and contact details with verified operators to facilitate referrals, and to calculate referral bonuses. Referral bonuses are subject to the rules in force at the time and may be varied or withdrawn on notice. We are not a party to any agreement you form with another operator and are not responsible for work performed by them.

8. Intellectual property

Trazie and all associated software, content, branding and trade marks (including “Trazie”, “JobCatcher™” and related names) are owned by Trazie Pty Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service.

9. Third-party services

Trazie integrates with third-party providers (including Retell AI, Anthropic, Stripe and others). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

10. Service availability & disclaimers

We aim to keep Trazie available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate or complete. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trazie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trazie against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your failure to comply with laws applicable to your business and communications.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@trazie.com.au; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Trazie after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and Trazie submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation, and failing that, by mediation.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using Trazie you consent to that handling.
